Besides the $250 Registration Fee and $2,500 Tuition, you will also need to purchase the following items:

You are not required to purchase any other items to take the course, but you will likely want to purchase 2 – 3 pairs of scrubs, notebook, pens/pencils and anything else that will assist your personal needs for study. You’ll also need a watch with a second hand.

NCI provides a completion diploma for students. That diploma is required by the Certification companies for Medical Assistants. NCI is responsible for providing sufficient training to provide the student the opportunity to take the exams and the best possible chance of passing their National Exams. Those exams are only available to students that complete training from a qualified institution such as NuCourse Institute.

The Phlebotomy Training course is included in our Medical Assistance program.

Courses run over a ten-week period, five days per week from 5:00 – 10:00 PM Central Time. Courses are offered quarterly, four times per year.

NCI provides graduating students job placement assistance by offering interview training and classes on resume’ writing. NCI does not guarantee employment.

Students are eligible for clinical hours upon completion of their MA program. Clinical hours are NOT required for the completion of the Medical Assistant Course. It is highly recommended that students take advantage of the clinical experience to provide them a hands-on opportunity to assist in seeking employment. NCI can often assist in getting graduates placed with local medical practices near the school.

There are no additional requirements for the class such as CPR, immunizations, medical physical exams, background checks or drug tests. Though they are made available to our students for an additional fee.

NCI does provide a $500 Tuition Discount to members of the U.S. Military and their spouses.
